Here is how the service works:
  • Click the Order Now Button on the bottom of this page for either the CD or DVD Upload Service.
  • You will receive a Thank You Page with the address where you need to ship your CD’s or DVD’s.
  • There will also be a Form that you will need to complete with information I will need (product specific information and Kunaki Account Setup information). 
  • You then ship me a physical copy of your mastered CD or DVD.
  • Also email your CD or DVD artwork files to me at info@kunakiupload.com.  Please take a look at the Kunaki Artwork Specifications for specific details on Kunaki’s requirements for your artwork.
  • If you do not have artwork and would like to have it custom created for you, please visit KunakiTemplates.com.
  • If you don’t have artwork and do not want to have custom artwork created for your product, I will choose one of Kunaki’s Standard Templates.  (Not recommended because choices are limited but it will work if you absolutely have to go this route)  
  • I will use the Kunaki software along with the information on the Form you send me to compile your design, selections and content into a virtual product.
  • I will perform the upload process for you at my “high speed facility” with optimized upload speeds.
  • I will then notify you when the upload process is complete.  Most uploads are complete within 72 hours from when I receive the CD or DVD (most will be done sooner if the DVD or CD is mastered correctly). 
  • I will also set up a Kunaki account for anyone that does not have one (required before you can upload).
